The Forest Bank rules.

It is absolutely forbidden to clear-cut any forests owned by the Forest Bank. Forests are run according to the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council FSC. Additional activities allowed are eco tourism, production of organic honey, collecting of forest fruits and moderate pasturing. We want to prove that it is possible to produce and create employment without harming nature and believe that this can be done with the aforementioned activities.

The Forests Bank is neither allowed to sell the land that has been saved by donors nor to pass it on in any other way. In case of dissolution of the Forest Bank Foundation its bylaws provide that the ownership of the land shall go to the National Parks Administration of Argentina.
